Adam is a London-based entrepreneur with more than 20 years’ experience in the life sciences sector, during which time has built two companies from foundation through to successful exit. He pioneered the use of omega-3 space through his nutraceutical company, Equazen Limited, which was sold in 2007 to Swiss pharmaceutical company Galenica. Then, through his second company, Equateq Ltd, he developed a unique means of pharmaceutical lipid manufacturing, a company he sold in 2012 to German chemical giant, BASF. More recently, he served as CEO of Avita Medical and oversaw the evolution of the regenerative medicine company from its home market in Australia towards US market entry. Adam specialises in setting a strategic vision that will guide a motivated team to create value from healthcare opportunities.
